Cake Flavours

Cakes are crafted using Canadian butter, dairy, and eggs. Fillings are scratch-made using coverture chocolate and locally grown fruits. Our cakes do not contain preservatives.

Oil based cakes tend to stay extra moist, while Butter based caked have a classic, tender crumb and richer flavour.

Think of your cake as a brick of butter - it will become hard in the fridge, and soft at room temperature.
